Orders

Select an item, select your size and colour, add it to your shopping cart and checkout.

An confirmation order email will be sent to your email inbox. We will process your order within 1-3days. Shipping notification email will be sent to your email once the items are shipped out.

Changes or cancellations cannot be made after your order has been confirmed. It is automatically processed by our systems.

Don’t worry! You can place/submit another order and change to another payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order’s tracking link to track your order once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can visit the "My Orders" tab under My Account to check the status of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! However, the delivery days vary depending on the destination country.

Please email us at support@thegateways.com and provide your order number. If your parcel has been shipped out, we will not be able to change the delivery address.

Unfortunately, we do not offer self-collections for orders.

Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges

Yes, only when you receive an incorrect/faulty/damaged product.

Please email us at support@thegateways.com. Please provide photos or video of opening the package, your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the refund/return/exchange. We will contact you within 7 working days and will assist you further.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues. However, we understand the importance of getting the right fit, and we’re happy to assist you with an exchange. Please email us at support@thegateways.com to initiate the exchange process. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the full shipping cost associated with the exchange.

Promo code

The Promo code may be expired. Note that it is best to key in the promo code rather than copy/paste the code.

No, you can only use one promo code for each order.
